This Yin yoga and sound journey was designed to drop you into a deeply relaxed state of release and rest. By pairing Yin postures (passive poses held for 2-5 minutes) and music layered with healing frequencies, we hope to shift your vibration to surrender, trust, and hope

NEED

  • Yoga mat or carpet

     

  • Pillow or cushion


  • Yoga blocks or few hardback books 

        

  • Headphones or speakers to hear the frequencies

        

  • Candles and incense for the best relaxation

  • Computer
